i am sorry for that. i kept getting the error message too. i just keep putting more tickets and replys on the old ones. and i would put them critical. i would just keep buggin them. that was the only way i got through. thanks

Thannk you Angie. I bought the new Knitting Secrets ebook on Feb. 20. After searching everything I could find after they charged my account on the 22nd, I stumbled across the knitting tips support site and submitted a ticket on Feb. 26ht explaining that after I pressed the button to place the order I got an error message about something not being able to connect on the server. I never got any message or where to go or anything else. I got a reply on March 5th that said"Did you register here: http://www.thesmartknitter.com/knitclub" Since I never heard of it, no, I hadn't.
I went there and registered (but found nothing to do with the book, just OLD posts)and eventually found a link to the support suite. Since then I have posted several more messages and a new ticket to her and had no response. I found the http://www.knittinganswers.com/members.html link, but am unable to login there, because I am not registered. There is apparently some message you are supposed to get after you order that tells you to create a login and password to access the ebook or the download site, and I never got it. I am frustrated and have decided... the heck with it, I just want my money back now.

Anige, I am glad you were able to resolve your problem accessing Knitting Secrets e-book. I do not subscribe to your newsletter and I am VERY upset with Sara Beth wilkinson. I have attampted to contact her many times. I finally this site and posted a private message to her. She replied a couple of days later asking if I had logged in at another side I never heard of. Of course, having never been registered there, I CANNOT log in. It is now four weeks since I ordered the e-book. I STILL can't log in and I can't get her to reply to the help tick I posted. I tried to call the phone number shown on my bank statement and it is disconnected. This woman needs to address these issues NOW, I an disgusted and I want my money back.
